NRJ Group: Details of voting rights as of May 31, 2025
NRJ Group has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of May 31, 2025, the number of shares comprising the share capital was 78,107,621.
The total theoretical voting rights amounted to 144,493,090, while the exercisable voting rights were 143,770,716. The difference is due to shares deprived of voting rights. NRJ Group imposes, by its articles of association, a reporting obligation when crossing participation thresholds in addition to those provided for by French law.
