NRJ Group: Details on voting rights as of December 31, 2025
NRJ Group has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total number of shares amounts to 78,107,621. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 144,493,608, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 143,835,299. This difference results from shares without voting rights.
In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), NRJ Group includes in its articles of association a clause imposing a threshold crossing declaration obligation in addition to the legal requirements. This measure aims to enhance transparency regarding the company's shareholding structure.
