NRJ Group 2025 Revenue Results Under Pressure

Stock price chart of NRJ GROUP (EPA:NRG) showing fluctuations.

NRJ Group has released its consolidated revenue results for 2025, showing a decline in both its Media and Broadcasting divisions. The Media division saw a 4.4% decrease in revenue, affected by Arcom’s rulings on NRJ 12 and challenging advertising markets due to economic and geopolitical uncertainties. The Broadcasting division, despite a 1.4% drop in the fourth quarter, managed to grow by 4.1% when excluding Arcom's impact.

The group's radio offering confirmed its commercial leadership among the 25-49 age group with a 19.3% audience share. However, NRJ 12's cessation and the sale of Chérie 25 contributed to structural reporting changes. The company's digital presence remained strong, with NRJ Hits TV channel maintaining its top position in music. As the group awaits its national FM licence renewal in Sweden, strategic shifts continue as NRJ Hits transitions its marketing to M6 Unlimited.
