NRJ Group: Update on voting rights as of September 30, 2025

On October 2, 2025, NRJ Group published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital. As of September 30, 2025, the number of shares comprising the capital is 78,107,621. These shares correspond to 144,493,598 theoretical voting rights and 143,824,992 exercisable voting rights. The difference between these figures is due to the shares whose voting rights are suspended.

NRJ Group imposes a mandatory reporting clause in its articles of association in the event of exceeding participation thresholds. This clause is in addition to the legal obligations provided for by French law, thus strengthening transparency and control over its shares listed on Euronext Paris, compartment B market.
