NRJ Group: Voting Rights as of April 30, 2026

NRJ Group has published the figures relating to voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of April 30, 2026. The group, listed on Euronext Paris, announces that its share capital consists of 78,107,621 shares.

These shares represent 144,348,587 theoretical voting rights and 143,666,962 exercisable voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights. Thus, the theoretical voting rights include shares with suspended rights, while the exercisable voting rights do not.

NRJ Group's bylaws stipulate an obligation to declare threshold crossings, in addition to the requirements set by French law. This clause is found in Article 12 of its bylaws.
