NRJ Group: Information on Voting Rights as of September 30, 2026
NRJ Group has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of September 30, 2026. This announcement complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
As of this date, NRJ Group's share capital consists of 78,107,621 shares. The total theoretical number of voting rights is 144,334,580, while the exercisable voting rights are 143,610,177. This difference takes into account shares whose voting rights are suspended.
In addition, NRJ Group's statutes include a clause requiring a declaration of crossing additional thresholds, in addition to the French legal thresholds.
