NuRAN Wireless Clarifies Disclosure and Adjusts Meeting Date
NuRAN Wireless Inc. has issued an update following a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The review pointed out deficiencies related to their MD&A disclosure and filing of material contracts, among others. NuRAN has committed to amending affected documents to comply with National Instrument 51-102.
The company is also planning a restructuring transaction aimed at reducing debt and enhancing shareholder equity. This move is crucial given current market challenges and liquidity constraints faced by NuRAN. The restructuring, however, is acknowledged as being highly dilutive.
NuRAN has decided to adjourn its Annual General and Special Meeting from September 30, 2025, to October 15, 2025. This delay will allow shareholders more time to review the updated documents.
