NuRAN Wireless to Finalize Restructuring and Manage Additional Debts

NuRAN Wireless Inc., a provider of mobile and broadband infrastructure, has announced plans to conclude its Restructuring Transaction by December 23, 2025. This follows a previous announcement on December 5, describing the issuance of $30 million in Units at a specified Issue Price. The transaction is aimed at strengthening the company's financial foundation.

In efforts to boost working capital, NuRAN is also seeking to raise an additional $5.5 million in Units. This will help settle outstanding debts with certain holders and service providers, converting their dues into equity. So far, commitments of $1.5 million in cash subscriptions and $2.5 million in debt settlements have been secured. These additional transactions are expected to align with the terms of the initial restructuring.
