NuRAN Wireless Inc., a key player in wireless infrastructure solutions, has filed an application to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Ahead of this potential listing, the company plans to submit a registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Nasdaq listing is contingent on meeting all regulatory requirements.

The company also announced the appointment of Navindran Naidoo and Gerard Lokossou as Strategic Advisors. Naidoo brings over 25 years in telecommunications, focusing on mobile and network optimization. Lokossou, with nearly 30 years of experience, has played significant roles in leading telecom companies across Africa.

CEO Francis Letourneau expressed enthusiasm for the Nasdaq initiative, highlighting the new advisors' potential contributions to NuRAN's growth, especially in Africa.
