The deal, signed on December 31, 2025, involves the distribution and supply of food-grade oils. Financing for the acquisition will come from a shareholder loan, highlighting the strategic interest and confidence of its stakeholders.

The transaction is expected to close immediately, without any conditions precedent, streamlining the integration process. This acquisition represents an extension of O3 Holding's capabilities within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors, where KD Pharma is a leading producer of Omega-3 fatty acids.
