OCI Global N.V. has announced its ongoing collaboration with the Enterprise Chamber-appointed directors (EC Directors) ahead of its Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2026. The EC Directors, assigned in January 2026, are actively participating in board meetings as non-executive members, ensuring the board's compliance with obligations towards both OCI and its stakeholders.

The primary focus is on preparing a transaction with Orascom Construction. The directors possess access to essential information and advisers, facilitating an impartial review without predetermined outcomes. They remain neutral on matters beyond their special remit while the review process continues.

Given that the long stop date for the transaction is 30 June 2026, OCI Global indicates potential extensions or alternative strategic paths, including divestments or wind-downs, depending on the EC Directors' conclusions. Subsequent updates will be shared in line with disclosure obligations.
