OCI Global Announces Shareholder Approval and Timeline for Orascom Combination
On October 30, 2026, OCI N.V. announced that shareholders approved resolutions for a business combination with Orascom Construction PLC. This includes an updated timetable for the Combination and the delisting from Euronext Amsterdam, set for November 27, 2026.
The Extraordinary General Meeting confirmed the resolutions with minority shareholders' support. The last trading day for OCI shares on Euronext will be November 26, 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
The tender offer closes on November 17, 2026. Orascom Construction shares are expected to credit to shareholders around December 8, 2026.
