Financial performance of ODIOT SA as of June 30, 2026
ODIOT SA, listed on Euronext Access, announces its consolidated half-year results approved by the board of directors on October 12, 2026. Revenue reached €423,000, up 33.86% compared to 2025. However, operating income decreased by 9.51%, settling at -€691,000.
The consolidated net result worsened to -€869,000, compared to -€286,000 in 2025, primarily due to the absence of non-recurring financial items. Net cash improved to €117,000, compared to -€71,000 a year earlier. Shareholders' equity stood at €1,093,000, with a capital increase currently underway.
The Group anticipates an improvement in the second half of 2026 due to the seasonality of the business and is continuing its acquisition and equity strengthening projects.
