ODIOT S.A. Completes €1.2 Million Capital Increase
ODIOT S.A. announced the completion of a €1.2 million capital increase, supporting its growth strategy. The operation, conducted entirely in cash, introduces new shareholders into the company. These shareholders are expected to join the Patrons-Investors Club, emphasizing investor confidence.
The transaction involved the issuance of 30,000 new shares at €40 each. Consequently, ODIOT's share capital now totals €333,949, all shares being fully paid and unified in class.
CEO Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat highlighted the company's ongoing modernization efforts, aimed at improving production, strengthening its commercial presence, and enhancing client service.
