ODIOT S.A. Enters Exclusive Negotiations to Acquire LAPPARRA
ODIOT S.A. has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of LAPPARRA ORFÈVRE ARGENTIER, an historic French silversmithing firm. The discussions follow a letter of intent signed on July 1, 2026. The acquisition aligns with ODIOT’s strategy, as LAPPARRA represents one of the last independent luxury silversmithing brands.
LAPPARRA, founded in 1893, is esteemed for its timeless creations and holds a vast collection of valuable matrices and archives. Under Odile Casset de la Chesneraie’s ownership since 2014, LAPPARRA has experienced revitalization.
The transaction involves €200k in cash and ODIOT S.A. shares, aiming for completion by October 31, 2026. This deal is set to move LAPPARRA’s production to ODIOT’s site, evolving their prestigious lineage while fostering long-term creative collaboration.
