ODYSSEE TECHNOLOGIES, a French industrial player in precision mechanics, announces the complete acquisition of SMES. This acquisition was finalized following an agreement signed in June 2026. SMES, located in Wittelsheim, specializes in machining complex parts for the aerospace industry and holds EN9100 certification.

This transaction marks a strategic step for ODYSSEE, expanding its client portfolio and integrating new technical expertise. Financed through bank loans and the company's cash reserves, this investment aligns with ODYSSEE's growth strategy. SMES will be consolidated in the current year's accounts, with positive returns expected from the first year.
