ODYSSEE TECHNOLOGIES announces the signing of a preliminary agreement to acquire all of SMES, a precision mechanics company specializing in the aerospace industry. This acquisition aligns with the group's mixed growth strategy, combining organic development and acquisitions.
Based in Wittelsheim, SMES is renowned for its expertise in manufacturing complex parts for the aerospace industry. With 40 employees, the company generated €5.4 million in revenue in 2025. The acquisition of SMES provides ODYSSEE TECHNOLOGIES with access to a premium segment of the aerospace sector, strengthening its position in a high-value market.
The financing for this acquisition will be provided by ODYSSEE's cash reserves and bank loans, promising an accretive operation from the first financial year.
