Results of the Combined General Meeting of Odyssée Technologies
On June 19, 2026, the Combined General Meeting of Odyssée Technologies was held in Premiers-Sapins, France. A quorum of 79.77% was reached. All proposed resolutions were adopted, some unanimously.
The ordinary resolutions included the approval of the company's and consolidated financial statements for 2025, the allocation of profit, and related-party transactions, all of which were accepted unanimously. The share buyback authorization received 93.74% of the votes in favor.
At the extraordinary general meeting, resolutions to increase the share capital were also adopted, with the exception of the increase reserved for employees, which was rejected by 98.63%. The company's next communication is scheduled for July 29, 2026.
