Oeneo: Change in General Management

On October 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of Oeneo decided to appoint Ms. Magdeleine Allaume as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2026. She succeeds Mr. Dominique Tourneix, whose term ends on November 30, 2026. This transition reflects a commitment to strategic continuity for the group. Ms. Allaume will lead Oeneo while retaining her position as head of Seguin Moreau.

A graduate of HEC Paris with significant experience, notably at Bénéteau and as President of the French Cooperage Federation, she is well-equipped to meet the challenges of the wine industry. Mr. Dominique Tourneix, after several decades with the group, was thanked for his notable contribution.
