OENEO: Transactions in own shares from August 31 to September 4, 2026
OENEO recently declared the transactions carried out under its share buyback program, from August 31 to September 4, 2026. These transactions aim to buy back a portion of its own shares on the stock market.
On August 31, OENEO acquired 160 shares at an average price of €9.19 on the XPAR market. On September 1, the company purchased 11 shares at an average price of €9.24. Then, on September 2, 128 shares were repurchased at an average price of €9.04. Finally, 12 shares were acquired on September 3 at an average price of €9.06.
This series of transactions is part of the company's strategy to optimize its capital and strengthen its position in the financial market.
