OENEO: Transactions of own shares within the framework of share buybacks

OENEO carried out several transactions in its own shares between October 26 and 30, 2026. As part of a share buyback program, OENEO acquired shares with the financial identifier code FR0000052680. The transactions took place on the XPAR market.

The total volume of shares repurchased amounted to 1,127 shares during the period. The average weighted average purchase price per day ranged from €8.75 to €8.85 per share. On October 26, 52 shares were repurchased at an average price of €8.75. Two transactions were completed on October 28, for a total of 795 shares at prices between €8.76 and €8.78. The lowest volume was recorded on October 30, with 16 shares purchased at €8.82.
