Preparatory documents for the OENEO General Assembly are now available.
OENEO has announced the availability of preparatory documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled for July 22, 2026. These documents, including the agenda and proposed resolutions, can be viewed on the company's website. Shareholders are invited to exercise their voting rights through several methods: direct participation, proxy voting, or remote voting via VOTACCESS. This system will be open from July 3 to 21, 2026. Questions can be submitted before July 16. Full details are provided in the online notice of meeting.
Shareholders can also follow the meeting remotely after registering by email. The required formalities include presenting proof of share ownership, identification, and login details. Information will be sent by email once registration is confirmed.
