Oeneo Finalizes the Acquisition of Lamouroux

Oeneo has completed the acquisition of Lamouroux through its subsidiary Vivelys. This transaction was completed after the fulfillment of the required conditions precedent, in accordance with the initial agreement of July 2026. Based in the Gironde region, Lamouroux specializes in automated thermal control systems for the wine industry.

The acquisition was financed entirely in cash. Lamouroux's management team will participate in the transition with Oeneo. Lamouroux will be fully integrated into the group's accounts from September 1, 2026. This acquisition strengthens Vivelys' offering by adding expertise in thermoregulation.
