On December 15, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. This admittance spans different categories, including closed-ended investment funds, debt securities, and equity shares.
Among the notable entries is Triple Point Venture VCT Plc, with 378,583 venture shares included. Invesco Physical Markets PLC and iShares Physical Metals plc introduced secured gold and silver-linked certificates and physical commodity securities, respectively.
The International Finance Corporation also listed significant 9.95% notes due in 2027. Other issuers like Capital Limited and WisdomTree offered equity shares and commodity securities.
