O'KEY Group to Delist GDRs from Astana Exchange
O'KEY Group S.A. (AIX, MOEX: OKEY) has announced that its Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders has approved the delisting of its global depositary receipts (GDRs) from the Astana International Exchange (AIX). The trading of these GDRs will be suspended from May 8, 2026, with the final delisting set for May 13, 2026. An application for suspension and delisting will be submitted to AIX by April 10, 2026.
The last trading day is anticipated on May 6, 2026. Despite the delisting from AIX, O'KEY Group's GDRs will continue to be traded on the Moscow Exchange. Listed in Moscow since December 2020, the continuation ensures availability to investors there.
The company's move follows the sale of its hypermarkets at the end of 2025, refocusing on its “DA!” discounters in Russia.
