Amendment to the 2023/2024 Universal Registration Document published by Eagle Football Group
On February 10, 2025, Eagle Football Group announced the filing of an amendment with the Autorité des marchés financiers. This document serves as a correction to the 2023/2024 Universal Registration Document.
The amendment includes the new consolidated and annual financial statements as of June 30, 2024, released on January 27, 2025. The updated reports of the Statutory Auditors on these accounts are also included. In addition, the document includes an update of the risk factors and trends observed since July 1, 2024.
Investors can consult these documents on the websites of Eagle Football Group and the AMF. They are also available at the company's head office in Décines.
