L'Olympique Lyonnais Groupe a annoncé les détails de ses transactions sur actions propres effectuées du 30 décembre 2024 au 3 janvier 2025. Ces transactions s'inscrivent dans le cadre de leur programme de rachat d'actions. Le groupe Eagle Football a acquis un total de 642 actions sur deux jours. Le prix pondéré moyen d'acquisition s'élevait à 2,01 euros par action.
Ces opérations ont été réalisées sur le marché Euronext Paris, compartiment B. Les transactions concernent l'instrument financier identifié par le code ISIN FR0010428771. Ce code est désormais associé à Eagle Football Group, suite à un changement d'identité boursière précédemment connu sous le nom Olympique Lyonnais Groupe (OLG).
