Orel Mangala loaned to Getafe by Olympique Lyonnais
Olympique Lyonnais have officially announced the loan of their midfielder Orel Mangala to Spanish club Getafe. This loan, which does not include an option to buy, will run until the end of the current season.
Orel Mangala joined Lyon in January 2024 from Nottingham Forest. The Belgian international has made 27 appearances in all competitions since his arrival. Aged 28, he remains under contract with Olympique Lyonnais until June 30, 2028.
The Lyon club expressed its best wishes to Mangala for his season with Getafe, highlighting the importance of this experience for the player in Spain.
