Transfer of Mathys De Carvalho to Al Diriyah confirmed
Olympique Lyonnais has officially announced the transfer of Mathys De Carvalho to Saudi Arabian club Al Diriyah, recently promoted to the Saudi Pro League. The transfer fee is €1.1 million. The French club will also receive a 10% sell-on clause on any future transfer fee.
Trained at the OL Academy, 21-year-old Mathys De Carvalho made 22 appearances for Lyon. He made his professional debut on September 19, 2025, against Angers. The club expresses its gratitude to the player for his years of contribution and wishes him success in his new footballing endeavor.
