Omer-Decugis & Cie Reports 14.6% Revenue Growth for 2025/26
Omer-Decugis & Cie reported a revenue increase of 16.3% for the first half of 2025/26, reaching €163.3 million. However, operating performance faced challenges due to volume growth and non-recurring items. EBITDA declined to €4.9 million from the previous year's €6.4 million.
The SIIM division led growth with a revenue rise of 18.6% to €131.6 million. The Bratigny division also grew, reaching €31.7 million. Despite increased revenue, gross margin decreased by 1.4 percentage points due to an ambitious sales strategy and unfavorable currency hedges.
Net income fell to €2.6 million from €3.8 million, though the company reported improved cash flow of €1.8 million. Moving forward, Omer-Decugis & Cie continues its 2030 strategy, boosting its stake in Sopromat and developing a logistics platform in Dunkirk.
