ONE EXPERIENCE launches a capital increase through the issuance of ABSA

ONE EXPERIENCE, the European leader in hybrid hospitality, announces a €500,000 capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights (DPS), which could be extended to €575,000 in the event of strong demand. This fundraising operation is intended to strengthen the company's real estate investment capacity and support its "Bitcoin Treasury" strategy.

The press release amends the previous document, correcting the dilution tables to include the effect of the 2026 warrants on the undiluted basis, as well as the proceeds of this issuance in shareholders' equity. The main shareholder, CPG, has committed to subscribing to 75% of the total amount. The subscription period runs from February 26 to March 10, 2026.
