Zentra Group Completes Transfer to Aquis Real Asset Market

Zentra Group PLC, a Manchester-based residential developer, has finalized its transfer to the Aquis Real Asset Market (ARAM), leaving behind the Access Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange. Starting today, Zentra's shares will trade on ARAM, a new platform for real asset-backed securities. This move aligns with Zentra's operational structure and funding methods, enhancing investor transparency.

Jason Upton, CEO of Zentra, emphasized the strategic fit of ARAM, noting its potential for expanding the company's investor base. Richard Croft from ARAM Advisors welcomed Zentra as the inaugural listing, highlighting the shift from traditional models.

This transition aims to provide Zentra with greater flexibility, growth opportunities, and a project-led investment approach, essential for its future endeavors in real estate.
