Zentra Group Reports Reduced Revenue for H1 2025
Zentra Group PLC, a residential developer based in Manchester, reported its unaudited interim results for the first half of 2025. Revenue dropped to £0.94m from £1.97m in the same period the previous year, primarily due to decreased development sales and construction activities. Despite the revenue drop, gross profit rose significantly by £1.16m to reach £0.45m, reversing a previous loss.
The company focused on key projects, including the One Victoria development in Manchester, where sales remain strong. Out of 129 units, 35 apartments are still available as practical completion shifts to the end of Q2 2026. Zentra also increased its inventory value, attributed to acquiring a site in New Islington.
Looking ahead, Zentra aims to complete existing projects and seeks new development opportunities. The firm remains cautiously optimistic, focusing on balancing capital efficiency and maintaining cash flow.
