ONLYOFFICE 10.0: AI Integration and Enhanced Security

ONLYOFFICE has launched version 10.0, incorporating AI tools, modular apps, and reinforced security into its open-source office suite. The update introduces context-aware AI directly into document editors, enhancing document processing by enabling drafting, summarizing, translating, and formatting within the same platform. This development aims to simplify workflows for professionals across various industries.

Additionally, the release features four new apps, enhancing document management and collaboration capabilities. These include AI Agents for workspace automation and virtual data rooms for secure content sharing. Users can manage these features on cloud or server installations, with robust control over AI utilization.

Security is a priority, with 35 vulnerabilities addressed. Meanwhile, desktop and mobile editors have received interface updates and new functionality, including integrations with platforms like Odoo. The updated apps for iOS and Android also introduce AI assistants to enhance mobile productivity.
