Optex Systems Holdings Names Chad George as New CEO
Optex Systems Holdings, Inc., a prominent manufacturer of precision optical systems, announced Chad George's promotion to President and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 20, 2025. Prior to this role, George served as President of the company and held senior positions in operations and supply chain within the defense industry, notably at Leonardo DRS and Raytheon.
George's extensive experience includes roles that improved production processes and fortified strategic sourcing. His educational background is in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, providing him the requisite expertise to lead Optex into future expansion phases.
