Orange: Changes in the Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of May 31, 2026

Orange has published its data concerning the total number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2026, in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Since April 3, 2016, double voting rights have been granted to fully paid-up registered shares held by the same shareholder for two years.

As of May 31, 2026, Orange's share capital consisted of 2,660,056,599 shares. Of these, 590,180 shares were deprived of voting rights. Thus, the number of theoretical voting rights amounted to 3,182,009,609, while the total exercisable voting rights totaled 3,181,419,429. These figures include all shares, even those deprived of voting rights.
