As per Article L. 22-10-46 of the French Commercial Code, a double voting right is automatically granted to shares held in registered form for at least two years.

As of the end of May, Orange reported a total of 2,660,056,599 shares. The number of treasury shares without voting rights stood at 590,180, a decrease compared to the previous months.
