Orange signs an agreement to acquire 50% of MasOrange
Orange has finalized a crucial agreement with Lorca to acquire 50% of the capital of MasOrange, Spain's leading mobile operator in terms of customer numbers. This acquisition, valued at €4.25 billion, is part of Orange's "Lead the Future" strategic plan.
