Orange has released its latest figures on the total number of shares and voting rights. As of November 30, 2025, the company maintains a consistent number of shares at 2,660,056,599. The number of treasury shares without voting rights stands at 1,456,848. These shares are excluded from the voting process, leading to a theoretical number of voting rights at 3,180,070,664.

The number of voting rights exercisable at meetings is recorded at 3,178,613,816. Notably, the French Commercial Code grants a double voting right for shares that have been registered under a single shareholder's name for a period of at least two years, offered to fully paid-up shares in registered form.
