Orogen Royalties Welcomes Chad Wells to Board of Directors

Orogen Royalties Inc., a royalty company based in Vancouver, has appointed Mr. Chad Wells to its Board of Directors. Wells brings over 25 years of experience in the natural resources sector. Previously, he served as Vice President at Altius Minerals Corporation. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to its growth into a diversified mineral royalty company.

Orogen's CEO, Paddy Nicol, highlighted Wells' successful career in creating shareholder value. According to Nicol, Wells' market knowledge and transaction structuring expertise will provide strategic insights for Orogen. Wells expressed enthusiasm about joining Orogen, citing alignment with the company's approach to project generation and royalty creation.

As part of his compensation, Wells will receive 55,000 incentive stock options at $3.34, contingent on regulatory approval. This appointment marks a significant development in Orogen's leadership team.
