Topline Results of Tedopi® in Lung Cancer to be Presented at ESMO 2026

OSE Immunotherapeutics announced the presentation of Combi-TED Phase 2 trial results at the ESMO 2026 meeting in Madrid. The study investigates Tedopi® in metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) as second-line therapy, combined with anti-PD1 or chemotherapy. The trial includes 105 HLA-A2 positive patients without specific mutations, conducted across sites in France, Italy, and Spain.

Federico Cappuzzo, the trial's lead investigator, will present these findings in an oral presentation. The Combi-TED trial compares Tedopi® combined with Opdivo® or docetaxel against docetaxel alone. The primary endpoint is the 1-year survival rate.
