Ørsted Finalizes Sale of 50% Stake in Hornsea 3
Ørsted A/S has announced the completion of the sale of its 50% stake in the Hornsea 3 Offshore Wind Farm to Apollo-managed funds, following a previous announcement in November. This divestment is part of Ørsted’s strategic asset management decisions.
