OSE Immunotherapeutics announces that its Combined General Meeting will be held on June 24, 2026, in Paris. Shareholders will be able to follow the event online on the company's website. The agenda and draft resolutions were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 20, 2026. The formal notice of meeting will be published in the same bulletin and in a legal gazette on June 8.
The preparatory documents are available on the company's website. Shareholders can also consult them at the registered office. Up to five days before the meeting, these documents can be requested by email, with proof of shareholder status for holders of bearer shares.
