WATERA: 2025 financial results improved thanks to Unibios
Chartres, April 30, 2026 – WATERA, a specialist in solar desalination solutions, presents its 2025 annual results, marked by a significant reduction in losses. The merger with Watera International and cost streamlining have improved operational efficiency. The operating result of -€2.3 million represents an improvement compared to -€6.1 million in 2024.
The integration of Unibios has strengthened the financial structure, with a 65% stake and capital increases totaling €8.6 million. This collaboration reinforces the finances and positions WATERA for structured development.
