WATERA: Change in the Board of Directors
On June 18, 2026, WATERA approved the appointment of Centre Capital Développement, represented by Bruno Jas, as a director. This decision follows the exit of the Okwind Group in March 2026. Centre Capital Développement, a long-standing shareholder, is increasing its stake in the company. Specializing in supporting SMEs in the Centre-Val de Loire region, the company invests in high-potential businesses.
Orfeas Mavrikios, CEO of WATERA, welcomed this return, highlighting Centre Capital Développement's experience. Bruno Jas expressed his conviction regarding WATERA's potential and strategic relevance. The Board of Directors will therefore incorporate this new composition before the half-year results expected in September 2026.
