WATERA Strengthens Governance with New Directors
On March 11, 2026, OSMOSUN announced its rebranding to WATERA. This change aligns with a strategic partnership with Unibios, enhancing the brand's market presence. The name update on Euronext Growth Paris will occur soon.
WATERA’s board expanded with three new directors. Vasiliki Niatsou brings legal expertise from the Ellaktor Group. Vassilis Pavlopoulos, a seasoned lawyer, contributes experience in administrative and energy law. Maxime Therrillion, formerly of OSMOSUN, becomes Deputy CEO, leveraging his vast company knowledge.
The shareholders also sanctioned a strategic advisory agreement with Maxime Haudebourg to aid technical support and R&D initiatives, ensuring sustained growth for WATERA.
CEO Orfeas Mavrikios highlighted these changes as pivotal for WATERA's growth.
