Ossiam ESG Low Carbon Fund to Liquidate

Ossiam IRL ICAV has announced the closure of its Ossiam ESG Low Carbon Shiller Barclays CAPE® US Sector UCITS ETF fund by August 28, 2026. The decision comes as the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) fell to USD 8.01 million, well below the EUR 20 million threshold described in the prospectus. Directors determined that sustaining the fund is not in shareholders' best interests.

The fund management will align its operations with existing investment objectives until the closure. New subscriptions and share conversions have been halted, and the fund will cease listing on the London Stock Exchange by August 25, 2026. Shareholders can redeem shares without redemption charges until the designated last trading dates.

All shares will be compulsorily redeemed at closure, with proceeds disseminated accordingly. Any outstanding cost exceeding the NAV will be covered by Ossiam's manager.
