Ossiam Lux Announces Annual General Meeting for 2025
Ossiam Lux has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for May 16, 2025, at the State Street Bank International GmbH Luxembourg Branch. Shareholders are invited to review the company's 2024 financial activities and participate in key decisions.
The meeting’s agenda includes presentations from the Board of Directors and an approved statutory auditor regarding the 2024 financial statements. Shareholders will vote on these reports and the allocation of fiscal results. Discharge for directors and auditors for their 2024 duties will be considered.
Additionally, independent directors' fees and statutory elections, including the re-election of directors and Deloitte Audit S.à.r.l. as auditors, will be assessed. No quorum is necessary, and resolutions require a majority of votes from present or represented shareholders.
