Ossiam Shiller Barclays ETF Announces Annual General Meeting
The shareholders of Ossiam Lux are invited to the Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2025, in Luxembourg. Key items on the agenda include reviewing the 2024 management and financial reports, approving financial statements, and allocating 2024 results.
Shareholders will also vote on discharging directors and auditors, approving fees for independent Directors, and re-electing current Directors and Deloitte Audit S.à.r.l. No quorum is needed for resolution adoption, with decision based on votes of attending or represented shareholders.
