Leuven, Belgium - On July 30, 2025, Oxurion NV, a biopharmaceutical company, announced that it had received a transparency notification from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC. In accordance with Belgian transparency legislation, this notification mentions the holding of 1,845,939 shares by Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC as of July 21, 2025. This represents a share below the 15% threshold of the 12,428,021 shares outstanding, due to the sale of shares carrying voting rights.
